Welcome and hello,



 My name is Veronica and I'd like to take this moment to introduce myself and my family.  I am a 36 year old Mom of two children. I have decided to take a break from the field of health care and the crazy shift work it entails to spend more quality time with my children and husband. In doing so I have decided to also follow a true passion of mine - working with children.  



 My husband Ben and I met back in 2000 during secondary school. We became very close through our passion for classical music (both listening and performing.)  While furthering our education our paths separated when I decide to move to Windsor Ontario to study Psychology at the University of WIndsor. Our paths reconnected as I transferred to study Psychology in more depth at Nippising University in North Bay while he attended Canadore College for Aircraft Maintenance Engineering. Here we decided to make the commitment to join our lives together and start a family. 



 Our careers have since moved us to London ON  where I decided to further my education again at Fanshawe College in health care as a Personal Support Worker and UCP. Since then, we have grown to a family of 4!. Each day provides a magical experience for us as we continue to be amazed every day at the special gift children are and how fast they grow up on us. We believe that children learn best through being loved and guided while being able to be individuals who are respectful and have integrity. We strive for happy, giggling hearts in our home every day!

 

 My inspiration to start Giggling Heartz came in 2012 as I looked afer a neighbours child as she struggled to find childcare while returning to work form Maternity Leave. In 2013 I made the decision with the support of my husband Ben to not return to health care but instead open Giggling Heartz, a home based childcare service that provides a loving enviroment where children can play, learn, grow and be valued as individulas. 



 I have First Aid and CPR (along with AED training) and provide a recently completed  Vulnerable Persons Screenings Background Check. I look forward to one day meeting with you and your family!
